Working as a Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room presents the chance to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, experience innovative robotics and neuro procedures, and enhance your skills in a dynamic surgical environment. Schedule/Hours:
- 630a-1700 or 900a-1930
- Four 10-hour shifts weekly
- Rotational call required
What Youll Do:
- Circulate in various surgical procedures as an RN (no scrubbing required)
- Support advanced, cutting-edge cases involving robotics and neurosurgery
- Maintain high standards for surgical asepsis and patient safety
- Communicate and coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams
- Meticulously document intraoperative details and patient outcomes
- Adhere to facility protocols, ensure compliance, and provide mentorship to support personnel
Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Demonstrable Operating Room circulator experience
- Strong robotics and neuro surgical background (required)
- Ability to work flexible hours with rotational call
- Candidates must be open to traveling for assignment (no locals within a 50-mile radius)
