Schedule/Hours:
- 6:30am5:00pm or 9:00am7:30pm shifts
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Rotational call as part of the department team
Key Qualifications:
- Current RN license with active standing
- Proven operating room experienceproficiency in robotics and neuro required
- Circulating role only (no scrub responsibilities)
- Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills in high-stakes environments
- No local candidates within a 50-mile radius
Responsibilities:
- Circulate during a variety of surgical procedures, with an emphasis on robotic and neuro cases
- Collaborate effectively with surgical and anesthesia teams to deliver excellent patient care
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and quality in the operating suite
- Respond promptly to intraoperative needs and coordinate care throughout procedures
