As an Operating Room Registered Nurse in perioperative services, you'll gain exceptional experience in a fast-paced surgical environment, working alongside diverse teams and observing a variety of leadership styles. Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment with flexible scheduling
Qualifications:
- Current and unencumbered RN license
- A minimum of one years experience in an Operating Room setting preferred
- BLS certification (additional specialty certifications a plus)
- Familiarity with the standards of nursing and the perioperative process
- Capable of adapting quickly to new clinical settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care before, during, and after surgery
- Serve as Scrub Technician as needed, supporting the surgical team
- Coordinate, delegate, and provide high-quality nursing care
- Maintain compliance with established Standards of Nursing Practice
- Foster collaboration within the perioperative care team
