Schedule:
- Day shift: 7 AM 7 PM; MondayFriday
- Saturdays and Sundays require on-call only
- Night call is from 5 PM 11 PM, MondayFriday, with no overnight shifts
Qualifications:
- Active RN license with minimum 1 year of acute care hospital Operating Room experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Spine and Joint experience required
- Joint Scrub experience and prior Meditech exposure are preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Scrub and circulate on procedures including spine fusions, ALIFs, and total joint replacements
- Adapt quickly in a dynamic surgical environment utilizing the latest medical technology
- Collaborate with an experienced multi-disciplinary team across three operating rooms dedicated to spine and joint, and specialize in international hip preservation
- Ensure immediate, high-quality patient care and communication, including a 30-minute response for on-call situations
