As a travel RN in a fast-paced main OR of a 284-bed facility, youll work within a collaborative team that encourages growth through exposure to varied surgical cases and differing leadership styles. Youll interact with a diverse, skilled staffincluding day and night teams comprised of trauma RNs, techs, and on-call supportallowing for valuable learning and networking opportunities that can boost your career trajectory.

Schedule:

  • 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, nights

Key Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years recent Operating Room experience
  • Meditech EMR proficiency (required)
  • Valid ACLS and PALS certifications (required)
  • Trauma and vascular case experience (preferred)
  • Flexible, easy-going, and self-motivated mindset

Role Responsibilities:

  • Circulate and/or scrub on a wide variety of surgical procedures (except burns, transplants, and open-heart)
  • Collaborate closely with trauma and general OR teams
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a technologically advanced environment
  • Adhere to rigorous safety and quality standards
  • Adapt seamlessly to changing schedules or patient needs
