This assignment offers hands-on experience in a large, modern main Operating Room featuring 23 state-of-the-art ORs and a talented team that values flexibility, mutual respect, and clinical excellence. Schedule:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Preferred Candidate Experience:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care OR RN experience
Valid BLS & ACLS certifications
Ortho/Spine and Cardiovascular experience highly valued
Familiarity with Meditech EMR is a plus
Must demonstrate teamwork and adaptability
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care in the operating room
Circulate and/or scrub for a wide range of elective surgical procedures, including ortho, spine, CV, plastics, GYN, robotics, and urology
Maintain a safe environment and uphold the highest standards of aseptic technique
Collaborate seamlessly with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other staff
Adhere to all facility policies, guidelines, and protocols
