Serving as an Operating Room RN with a specialized focus in spine and total joint procedures, youll be immersed in an innovative environment within a high-tech surgical center. Take advantage of a collaborative workplace and gain exposure to a wide range of procedures, from spine fusions to full joint replacements, using state-of-the-art equipment. This is your chance to work side-by-side with an established, expert surgical team, enhancing your knowledge of both traditional and emerging techniques.
Expand your resume with hands-on experience in a busy, three-OR Spine & Joint unit that includes Colorados exclusive International Hip Preservation Center. Youll have the opportunity to further develop your nursing skills and professional network, learning from diverse leadership styles and contributing your expertise to a unit renowned for its excellence.
Schedule/Hours
- 7:00 AM 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Weekend call only (with 30-minute response time required)
- No overnight shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care hospital OR experience
- Active RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications
- Demonstrated experience with spine and joint procedures
- Strong communication and flexibility; ability to collaborate effectively with staff and providers
Preferred Experience
- Joint scrub experience
- Prior Meditech EMR familiarity
Role Responsibilities
- Circulate and/or scrub for spine and total joint cases
- Coordinate patient care within a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech/CPN
- Respond to call assignments within designated timelines
