As an Operating Room RN in this well-established 23-suite surgical center, you'll join a collaborative environment that values expert skill and adaptability. Schedule:
- 7:00 AM 7:00 PM shifts
Essential Qualifications:
- Active RN license with a minimum of one year of current acute care OR experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Flexible, positive approach with strong teamwork skills
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in Ortho/Spine or Cardiovascular cases
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive perioperative care with a 1:1 patient ratio
- Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary surgical team
- Ensure accurate documentation using Meditech EMR
- Maintain a high standard of patient safety and clinical excellence
