Take the opportunity to work in a major 284-bed facility with a highly skilled OR team. The department features innovative technologies and a collaborative spirit among 55 dedicated staff members. While here, you'll be exposed to a variety of surgical procedureseverything from complex trauma to vascular cases (excluding burns, transplants, and open hearts)enhancing your clinical acumen and adaptability. Collaborate in a supportive environment that values initiative, easygoing professionalism, and offers valuable insight into different workplace practices and leadership approaches.
Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing
- Meditech EMR experience required
- ACLS and PALS certifications required
- Trauma and vascular experience preferred
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced OR environment
- Self-motivated with an easygoing demeanor
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate and scrub for a wide array of surgical cases (excluding burns, transplants, and hearts)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care
- Adhere to unit guidelines and OR protocols
- Respond swiftly in trauma situations and demonstrate composure under pressure
- Participate in ongoing professional development and cross-training opportunities
