Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license, eligible for Georgia practice
- Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
- Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, multidisciplinary surgical settings
Responsibilities:
- Deliver competent perioperative care in a variety of surgical cases
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technicians
- Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment
- Monitor patient safety and responses during procedures
- Accurately document interventions and patient outcomes
- Serve as a patient advocate throughout the perioperative process
