Schedule/Hours:
- 6:45am 5:15pm
- Includes call, weekends, holidays
- Block scheduling is not offered, ensuring diverse shifts and experiences
Qualifications:
- Active RN license and BLS certification
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Demonstrated experience in level 1 trauma operating rooms required
- High proficiency on clinical skills checklist
- Burn care experience preferred
- Ability to thrive during high-pressure surgical cases
Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub in a variety of complex OR procedures
- Apply advanced clinical judgment in emergent situations
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols with meticulous attention
- Effectively communicate with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain documentation with accuracy and timeliness
- Support positive patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment
