This travel assignment offers a unique opportunity to refine your skills as an Operating Room RN. You'll work within a tertiary care setting recognized for its clinical excellence, innovative technologies, and comprehensive surgical services. Engaging with a diverse and experienced team, you'll gain insight into specialized practices from a Level 1 Trauma Center, advanced perioperative care, and robust leadership structuresideal for broadening your expertise and building your resume.
Schedule:
- Orientation held weekly on Mondays
Qualifications:
- Active RN licensure for Pennsylvania
- Minimum of one year recent OR RN experience
- Valid BLS certification
- Ability to complete and clear all required background screenings prior to start (including PA Child Abuse, State Police Clearance, and FBI Fingerprinting)
- Candidates must live at least 60 miles away to qualify for travel status
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, safe perioperative nursing care
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the entire OR team
- Perform circulating and/or scrubbing duties during surgical procedures
- Support patients and families throughout the surgical process
- Adhere to hospital protocols and regulatory guidelines
