Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience
- BLS certification (additional certifications may be preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and effective communication abilities
- Supervisory or team lead experience (preferred)
- Ability to coordinate care and support staff in a high-acuity environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and coordinate patient-centered nursing care in the operating room setting
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff
- Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure optimal outcomes
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in patient care management
- Participate in intraoperative and support functions related to OR services
