Qualifications:
- Valid RN license with current, unencumbered status
- Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room circulating/scrub nurse experience
- BLS certification required; additional perioperative certifications a plus
- Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to aseptic techniques
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR team members to deliver top-quality care
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout perioperative phases
- Monitor patient status and respond to changes effectively
