Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- At least 1 year of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking, efficiency, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and procedures
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care throughout all stages of surgical procedures
- Maintain sterile field and assist in instrument and supply management
- Communicate effectively with the surgical team, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor and document patient responses and ensure patient safety
- Adhere to hospital protocols and uphold the highest standards of patient advocacy
