Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment; specific shifts/hours provided upon interview
Essential Responsibilities:
- Scrub and circulate in all types of operating room procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care
- Adhere to strict sterile technique and hospital protocols
- Perform comprehensive pre- and post-operative patient assessments
- Document all care activities accurately and promptly
- Educate patients and families on surgical procedures
Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1 year current experience in an Operating Room
- BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing environments
