Schedule/Hours:

Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license (compact state license accepted)
- Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments quickly
- Excellent patient assessment and critical thinking abilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists in a variety of operative procedures
- Monitor patient safety and respond rapidly to any intraoperative changes
- Prepare the operating room, including instrumentation and equipment checks
- Educate patients and families on surgical procedures and post-operative care
- Maintain documentation in compliance with standards and regulations
- Collaborate closely with surgical and recovery teams to optimize patient outcomes
