Schedule/Hours:
- Four 10-hour evening shifts (11:00 to 21:30), with rotating days off to meet unit needs
- Possible weekend scheduling
- On-call: approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend shift per month
- Flexible on RTO with the opportunity to make up time
Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid RN license with a minimum of 3 years of Operating Room RN experience
- Current BLS certification
- Level I Trauma Center background required
- Neuro surgery experience (ALIF, anterior cervical fusion, craniotomy, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, XLIF)
- Robotics experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System
- Comfortable with evening shifts and rotating schedules
- First-time travelers welcomed
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional perioperative care in high-volume surgical environments
- Circulate and scrub for a wide range of neuro and complex surgical procedures
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
