This opportunity is ideal for experienced Operating Room RNs eager for exposure to advanced vascular procedures and various surgical specialties. Engage with mentors utilizing innovative methods, strengthen your adaptability, and build relationships with experts in Ortho, Robotics, Plastics, and Vascular surgery. Your downtime provides endless discovery, whether you're relaxing in nearby tranquil nature reserves or taking quick trips to the cities for arts, entertainment, and diverse cuisine.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 4 call shifts per 6 weeks: 2 weekdays and 2 independent weekend day/night calls

Key Qualifications:

  • Active RN license and BLS certification
  • A minimum of 2 years of Operating Room RN experience in an acute care environment
  • Required: Vascular surgical experience
  • Preferred: Experience in Ortho, Robotics, Plastics specialties
  • Scrub experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Circulate and assist in a broad range of surgical procedures, with a focus on vascular cases
  • Work effectively with the OR team, following established protocols and safety standards
  • Provide patient care pre-, intra-, and post-operatively
  • Participate in call rotation as scheduled
