Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in an OR or perioperative nursing role
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong understanding of surgical asepsis, instrumentation, and infection control practices
• Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure and fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in operating room cases, maintaining strict adherence to safety and sterile protocols
• Collaborate with surgical teamssurgeons, anesthesiologists, and allied health professionalsto ensure patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes
• Prepare operating rooms before procedures, ensuring all supplies, equipment, and instruments are ready and functional
• Continually monitor patients status and respond rapidly to changing clinical situations during surgery
• Accurately document intraoperative activities in compliance with regulatory and hospital guidelines
• Support post-operative patient transition and handoff communications

$2,001 - $2,189/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
