Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care to individual patients or groups in the Operating Room, following established standards and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff, ensuring best practices and patient safety at all times.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, using critical thinking and professional judgment.
• Maintain meticulous patient records and uphold infection control policies at all times.
• Support ongoing education and model excellence in patient care.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license.
• At least one year of recent experience in an Operating Room (OR) setting.
• Proficiency in perioperative nursing standards and principles.
• Ability to supervise and guide nursing staff effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
