An opportunity is available for a skilled RN specializing in Operating Room nursing in the Lakeport, CA area. This travel position focuses on delivering exceptional intraoperative patient care within a dedicated surgical environment. The role is centered on all operating room services excluding PACU, anesthesia, pre-op holding, and central sterilization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality intraoperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgery.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and effective surgical support.
- Assist with operating room setup and preparing instruments and equipment.
- Maintain sterile techniques and monitor patient status throughout surgical procedures.
- Participate in postoperative handoffs with recovery staff as needed.
