Schedule/Hours:

• Travel, contract-based assignment
• Full time, flexible scheduling based on facility need

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Current and valid RN license
• Minimum of one year of Operating Room (OR) experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure safe and effective patient care
• Experience with perioperative nursing standards and procedures

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care during surgical procedures
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the operating room
• Scrub and circulate as needed, anticipating the needs of surgeons and the surgical team
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment at all times
• Document surgical procedures and patient interactions in electronic health records
• Collaborate with anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and other healthcare professionals
