Schedule / Hours:
- 36 or 40 hours per week; hired shift may flex per department needs
- Shift options include 09001830, 06001830, and 08001830
- Includes holiday rotation
- Weeknight call roughly every 1-2 weeks; weekend call about every 4-5th weekend; 30-minute response time
Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license, with Operating Room (OR) nursing experience required
- Proficiency in surgical techniques, sterile procedures, and intraoperative care
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced OR environment
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, safe patient care during surgical procedures
- Monitor patient status and support surgical teams throughout operations
- Prepare, maintain, and sterilize OR equipment and instruments
- Accurately document intraoperative care and communicate vital information
