Schedule/Hours:

Key Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of Texas, or compact license
- 1+ years of recent experience as an OR/Operating Room RN
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical equipment, and safety protocols
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with surgical staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub in various surgical procedures, providing safe and efficient patient care before, during, and after operations
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields and surgical instruments
- Monitor patients vitals and comfort, anticipating needs throughout procedures
- Accurately document patient progress and surgical details
- Support surgeons and surgical staff by ensuring optimal operating room conditions
