Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, evidence-based patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow nursing staff to maintain a safe, sterile, and efficient operating theatre.
• Monitor patient status and respond proactively to changes in condition or urgent needs during surgery.
• Adhere strictly to surgical protocols and safety standards, including infection control and accurate instrument counts.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding operative procedures and post-operative care.
• Support overall team functioning by assisting with room preparation, patient positioning, and surgical supply management.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• Demonstrated experience in an operating room environment.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
