Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active RN license with at least basic surgical/procedural experience preferred (not required)
- Motivated new graduates encouraged to apply
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, trauma-certified environment
- Team player with strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver optimal nursing care throughout perioperative phases for a variety of surgical specialties (e.g., cardiovascular, orthopedic, trauma, plastics, robotics)
- Utilize Meditech documentation
- Collaborate with a seasoned, supportive OR team
- Maintain infection control and patient safety standards
- Engage with advanced surgical equipment and participate in ongoing learning
