Schedule/Hours:

• 36 to 40 hours per week, with shift options between 6:00 AM6:30 PM, 8:00 AM6:30 PM, or 9:00 AM6:30 PM
• Includes some call: weeknight call approximately every 1-2 weeks and weekend call every 4-5 weeks (30-minute response required)
• Participation in a holiday rotation
• Flexibility is essential, with schedule adjusted as department needs evolve

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license
• At least 1-2 years of recent Operating Room experience
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong critical thinking skills and adaptability in fast-paced settings
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert perioperative care to surgical patients
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical techs for optimal outcomes
• Maintain strict aseptic technique and enforce patient safety protocols
• Efficiently document interventions and patient progress
• Respond promptly to emergencies and support rapid surgical turnover
