Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible options: 3x12-hour shifts or 4x10-hour shifts
• No floating; focused role in operating room
• 6 call shifts per 4-week schedule
• Weekend on-call required

Qualifications:

• Active RN licensure required
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) or TCAR required at time of submissionno grace period
• BLS certification required
• Minimum experience: Orthopedic nursing experience, including trauma cases
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct perioperative nursing care for surgical patients with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Collaborate in orthopedic trauma cases and advanced procedures (arthroscopies, total joints)
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, aseptic technique, and best practices
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled
• Wear hospital-issued scrubs in accordance with dress code
