Schedule/Hours:

  • 8 hours per day, 32 hours per week
  • Primarily dayshift; hours vary according to OR scheduling
  • Includes OR on-call (may include holidays)

Qualifications:

  • Active Washington RN license or Multi-State RN license
  • Prior experience as an OR circulator is required
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Ability to coordinate, direct, and provide comprehensive care to surgical patients

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures
  • Coordinate perioperative care in collaboration with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and sterile techniques
  • Serve as an effective patient advocate throughout the surgical experience
  • Respond promptly to emergent situations and support a positive, solution-focused OR environment
