Schedule/Hours:
- 8 hours per day, 32 hours per week
- Primarily dayshift; hours vary according to OR scheduling
- Includes OR on-call (may include holidays)
Qualifications:
- Active Washington RN license or Multi-State RN license
- Prior experience as an OR circulator is required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to coordinate, direct, and provide comprehensive care to surgical patients
Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Coordinate perioperative care in collaboration with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and sterile techniques
- Serve as an effective patient advocate throughout the surgical experience
- Respond promptly to emergent situations and support a positive, solution-focused OR environment
