Required Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current and unrestricted RN license
  • Minimum of one year recent experience in an operating room setting
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS preferred
  • Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist surgeons and the surgical team before, during, and after procedures
  • Prepare and maintain the sterile field and ensure proper instrument counts
  • Monitor patient condition and advocate for their safety and comfort
