As an RN in the Operating Room, you will work in a progressive orthopedic outpatient surgery center, specializing in all orthopedic procedures, spine surgery, and advanced robotic total joint replacements. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge technology and highly skilled surgical teams, allowing you to broaden your clinical expertise and learn from diverse leadership styles. Expanding your resume here means hands-on participation in procedures including hand, foot & ankle, sports medicine, total joint replacement surgery, spine surgeries, and pain proceduresan excellent step to further your nursing career.

Schedule/Hours

  • 10-hour shifts; 7:00AM5:00PM
  • Occasional overtime available
  • No call, nights, weekends, or holidays

What Youll Need:

  • Active RN license
  • BLS certification (required)
  • Prior experience in OR nursing, especially Orthopedics
  • Familiarity with Hand, Foot & Ankle, Sports Medicine, and Total Joint replacement surgeries
  • Dedicated commitment to quality patient care and safety

Key Responsibilities:

  • Circulate in a 1:1 patient-to-nurse environment with scrub tech support
  • Prepare OR suites and equipment for a range of orthopedic and spine procedures
  • Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team in a paper documentation environment
  • Ensure adherence to all safety and infection control protocols
