Key Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Recent experience in an Operating Room setting
- Strong knowledge of perioperative standards and best practices
- BLS and ACLS certifications (other specialty certifications a plus)
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Adaptable, with a commitment to patient-centered care
Core Responsibilities:
- Circulate and scrub in the Operating Room, delivering safe and effective care before, during, and after surgery
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia teams, and surgical technologists for optimal outcomes
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile working environment
- Conduct patient assessments and documentation in accordance with facility standards
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and families throughout the surgical experience
