As a travel RN specializing in the Operating Room, youll deliver exceptional, coordinated nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based intraoperative nursing care to assigned patients, adhering to established standards and protocols.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to various levels of nursing staff; coordinate activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teamsincluding surgeons, technicians, and support stafffor optimal patient care.
• Exercise critical thinking, sound professional judgement, and strong communication skills throughout the perioperative process.
• Contribute to the maintenance and safety of the operating room environment.
• May support both inpatient and outpatient surgical services, as applicable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active RN license and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years recent operating room nursing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex clinical situations with professionalism.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; prior experience leading small teams is advantageous.
