Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time travel assignment
- Variable shifts; typical OR hours, flexible scheduling dependent on caseloads
Qualifications:
- Valid and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in an Operating Room setting
- Proficiency with circulating and scrubbing duties a plus
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (through AHA or equivalent)
- Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, compassionate care for patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Ensure proper sterile technique and safety protocols at all times
- Support surgeons and anesthesiologists throughout perioperative phases
- Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document patient progress
- Foster effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues
- Participate in ongoing quality and process improvement initiatives
