Key Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room experience required
- Proficiency in circulating and/or scrubbing various surgical procedures
- Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and patient safety
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred)
- Ability to quickly adapt to new teams and fast-paced environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional perioperative nursing care for surgical patients
- Circulate or scrub for a variety of operative cases as assigned
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure safe, efficient operations
- Monitor, assess, and document patient status throughout surgical procedures
- Adhere to hospital safety protocols and infection control standards
- Assist with set-up, breakdown, and quality assurance of operating suites
