As a Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room, youll gain invaluable experience working alongside a diverse team of skilled professionals. Schedule/Hours:
- Shifts: Days, 6:30AM 3:00PM
- Weekend shifts required
- On-call participation required
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of employment or compact state
- BLS certification (AHA)
- ACLS certification (AHA)
- Previous experience in the Operating Room (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with surgical team members to deliver safe and effective patient care
- Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery
- Maintain sterile field and follow strict infection control protocols
- Respond rapidly to emergencies or changes in patient status
- Document care and communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams
