Schedule/Hours
- Travel contract; flexible shifts and scheduling based on department needs
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Massachusetts RN license
- ACLS upon hire (or an active BLS card with the ability to obtain AHA ACLS within 60 days)
- O.R. nursing experience and CNOR strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a positive mindset
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in the operating room according to best practices and hospital protocols
- Ensure maintenance of a safe, sterile environment and accurate completion of all surgical counts
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, clinical coordinators, and surgical technicians to optimize outcomes
- Provide thorough documentation and effective hand-offs between care teams
- Advocate for patient dignity, confidentiality, and comfort throughout the perioperative process

$2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
