Qualifications:

• Current, valid RN license
• Previous experience in the Operating Room (OR) setting

• BLS and ACLS certification (required or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Operating Room and instruments prior to procedures
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery
• Circulate and/or scrub during surgical cases as assigned
• Advocate for patient safety and comfort at all stages
• Maintain accurate documentation according to protocols
