Schedule:
- Days
- 10-hour shifts
- 40 hours per week
Qualifications:
- Active Indiana RN license
- Minimum of 2 recent years in an Operating Room RN role
- BSN degree preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Calm, detail-oriented, and organized under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and efficient procedures
- Monitor and respond to patients' vital signs during surgery
- Prepare operating rooms with proper equipment and supplies
- Assist with patient positioning and surgical preparations
- Administer medications and anesthesia as directed
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
- Provide compassionate support to patients and families
