Schedule:

• Days
• 10-hour shifts
• 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with skilled surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient surgical procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond with timely interventions
• Prepare operating rooms, ensuring all equipment and supplies are ready
• Assist in patient positioning and pre-surgical preparation
• Administer medications and support anesthesia processes under physician direction
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records and documentation
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care, supporting patients and families throughout the surgical experience

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Indiana RN license
• Minimum of 2 recent years experience in the Operating Room
• BSN degree preferred
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and maintain composure in high-pressure situations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
