Schedule:
- Days
- 10-hour shifts
- 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with skilled surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient surgical procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond with timely interventions
- Prepare operating rooms, ensuring all equipment and supplies are ready
- Assist in patient positioning and pre-surgical preparation
- Administer medications and support anesthesia processes under physician direction
- Maintain thorough and accurate patient records and documentation
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care, supporting patients and families throughout the surgical experience
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Indiana RN license
- Minimum of 2 recent years experience in the Operating Room
- BSN degree preferred
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and maintain composure in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
