An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Operating Room experience to support surgical services in Glenview, IL. This 12-week contract position offers the chance to join a skilled surgical team focused on cataracts, retina, and DaVinci robotic procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proficient circulating nursing care in the operating room, including cataract, retina, and DaVinci robotic surgeries
- Maintain safety and sterility standards throughout surgical procedures
- Collaborate effectively with surgical teams to ensure efficient case flow and patient care
- Participate in on-call rotation for weekend coverage with a minimum 2-hour callback requirement
- Complete credentialing and orientation activities timely to support seamless integration into the team
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Illinois RN License required
- Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience, with at least one travel contract completed
- Proficient in circulating for cataract, retina, and DaVinci robotic surgeries
- BLS certification required
- Credentials and necessary health screenings (CBC, DS, QuantiFERON Gold within 90 days) to be submitted prior to start date
Schedule & Contract Details:
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, 40 hours per week
- Weekend on-call rotation with minimum two-hour callback
- Assignment length: approximately 12 weeks through the end of May
