Schedule/Hours:
- 3640 hours per week with additional call and holiday rotation
- Hired shifts may be flexed based on department needs
- Typical shift times: 09001830 or 06001830 (36 hrs), 08001830 (40 hrs)
- Weeknight call: approximately every 12 weeks
- Weekend call: about every 45 weeks
- 30-minute response time required for call shifts
- Participation in holiday rotation
Qualifications:
- Active RN license with credentials for the Operating Room
- Demonstrated experience in perioperative nursing
- Ability to quickly adapt to flexible scheduling and dynamic clinical demands
- Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care during surgical procedures
- Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs
- Respond to intraoperative emergencies with composure and expertise
- Participate in call coverage and contribute to efficient operating suite flow
