Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment with flexible schedule
Desired Qualifications:
- Current RN license, valid in the state of Florida or compact state
- Minimum 1-2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (additional perioperative certifications a plus)
- Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
- Adaptability and initiative in fast-paced surgical settings
Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub on a variety of surgical procedures
- Ensure safe, effective, patient-centered care before, during, and after surgery
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to maintain a sterile environment
- Monitor patient status, advocate for needs, and respond to changes rapidly
- Accurately document interventions and patient outcomes
