Schedule/Hours:
- Shifts: 7AM 7PM
- Weekdays: Monday through Friday (8-11 ORs active daily)
- Call: Saturdays and Sundays, with night call from 5PM 11PMno overnight required
- 30-minute response time on-call
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license with minimum 1 year of acute care hospital operating room experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Demonstrated expertise with both spine and joint procedures
- Previous experience in high-acuity environments
Preferred:
- Joint Scrub experience
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with surgeries including spine fusions, ALIFs, and total joint replacements
- Ensure superior patient care throughout the perioperative process
- Collaborate with skilled multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal outcomes
- Maintain detailed documentation in Meditech/CPN EMR
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and staff
