This contract opportunity offers 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with night and weekend call rotation, providing the chance to make a significant impact on patient outcomes.

Schedule:

• Includes night and weekend call

Qualifications:

• Current, valid RN license
• Demonstrated experience with transplant procedures
• Prior experience in an Operating Room setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Experience:

• Over 3 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience
• Professional certification in perioperative nursing
• Familiarity with advanced surgical techniques and equipment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent perioperative nursing care, ensuring patient safety and surgical team support
• Assist with a wide variety of surgical cases, including total joints, spine, kidney/liver transplants, robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastic surgeries
• Utilize the Meditech EMR system to document all patient care activities accurately
• Collaborate seamlessly with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs throughout procedures
• Adhere to all unit policies and compliance guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of infection control and patient confidentiality

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
