Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license in West Virginia or compact state
- 1+ year of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required); CNOR preferred
- Strong critical thinking and multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and EMR systems
Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical procedures
- Monitor patient safety and advocate throughout perioperative phases
- Collaborate closely with surgical team members and support staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation meets standards
- Ensure aseptic technique and instrument integrity at all times
