Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Previous experience working in an Operating Room setting
- BLS/CPR certification (additional certifications preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care during surgical procedures
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure safe and seamless operations
- Prepare, maintain, and monitor sterile environments
- Assess patient status and respond to intraoperative needs
- Document observations, interventions, and outcomes according to current protocols
