Schedule/Hours:
- Weekly orientation starts on Mondays
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license, eligible in Pennsylvania
- Proven experience in Operating Room/Perioperative nursing
- BLS/ACLS certification (as required by assignment)
- Successful completion of all compliance screenings, including:
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
- PA State Police Clearance
- Department of Human Services and FBI fingerprinting (completed within last two years or as directed)
- Strong adaptability and commitment to high-quality patient care
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub during surgical procedures
- Closely collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams
- Uphold strict safety protocols and maintain a sterile field
- Proactively participate in preoperative and postoperative patient assessment
- Support education and guidance for patients and families throughout perioperative process
