Qualifications:
- Active RN license (unencumbered)
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) required
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and effective perioperative care to surgical patients
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff
- Maintain sterile technique and enforce OR safety protocols
- Monitor patient condition before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Accurately document patient care, updates, and occurrences
