Schedule/Hours:
- Primarily weekend coverage
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of recent Perioperative charge nurse or relief charge nurse experience
- Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing
- Current CPR and ACLS certifications
- Bachelors degree in nursing or related field (preferred)
- Two years or more of Critical Care experience (preferred)
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and effective perioperative patient care in the OR
- Float to Med/Surg or Critical Care units as required
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal surgical outcomes
- Demonstrate leadership in charge nurse functions as needed
- Maintain compliance with industry and facility standards
